You can visit another aer krene after this for the Level 5. When you reach the cave in the center, you'll get the upgrade.

Return to Myorzo anytime following battling Estelle at Zaphias and speak with the elder to get the Abyssion Fell Arm for Yuri. That's because the real maximum level for the ring is five. Through the course of the main game, you'll build your ring up to Level 3, but you'll come across obstructions in some dungeons that can't be destroyed with this. These scenes are very entertaining, and enough visits will earn you a new costume, but other than that, this money pit won't net you much.
